Centrifuge is an experimental equipment widely used in multiple fields, and its main application scenarios include:

Medical field: Centrifuges are widely used in the medical field, mainly for the processing of blood samples, urine samples, fecal samples, etc. For example, centrifugation of blood samples typically requires a rotational speed of 3000 rpm for approximately 10 minutes for subsequent analysis of blood components or preparation of blood products.

Beauty and dental hospitals: In these fields, centrifuges are commonly used to separate blood components, such as the preparation of PRP (platelet rich plasma), which usually requires centrifugation at 300-3500 rpm for about 5 minutes, with two or more centrifugations.

Food industry: Centrifuges are used in the food industry to clarify and purify fruit juice and alcohol, and can also be used for the separation of milk powder in the dairy industry or dairy product manufacturing industry. In addition, centrifuges are also commonly used for centrifugation of pesticide residue detection samples, with a speed of around 4000 rpm and a centrifugation time of about 5 minutes.

Chemical and pharmaceutical industries: In these fields, centrifuges are mainly used for concentration, recrystallization, impurity removal, as well as extraction and separation of pharmaceutical components.

In the field of environmental protection, centrifuges are used for wastewater treatment, solid-liquid separation, and other environmentally friendly treatment processes.

In the field of bioengineering, centrifuges are used for cell fragmentation and extraction of effective ingredients, as well as precipitation and collection of cells, nuclei, and cell membranes.

In addition, centrifuges are also applied in fields such as petrochemicals, mining, and education. The centrifuge parameters required for sample processing in different fields (such as speed, single tube capacity, time, temperature, etc.) are different, and corresponding instruments need to be selected according to specific experimental requirements.
